e-gold® Fee Schedule Overview

e-gold fees are calculated and assessed by the weight of gold held or spent; fees are not calculated on any National Currency.

e-gold measures weight in Troy Ounces (XAU) and grams (AUG).

1 Troy ounce = 31.1034768 grams.

e-gold has two Fee Schedules:

Agio Fee Schedule

The Agio Fee is the e-gold equivalent of an account maintenance fee. It is deducted monthly, based upon the average daily balance of gold on account since last assessed.

The Agio fee is 1% per annum.

Spend Fee Schedule

Spend Fees in the e-gold system are the equivalent of transaction fees. They are deducted automatically from the Recipient Account upon receipt of the Spend.

Our fees are extremely competitive and always kept as low as possible. We think you will find e-Bullion® to be less costly and easier to use than our major competitor's systems. 

TRANSACTION FEE
The twenty-five cent (USD$0.25) transfer fee has been eliminated. There is NO FEE for transferring funds from account-to-account within the e-Bullion® system.

STORAGE FEE
ZERO! e-Bullion.com DOES NOT charge routine storage fees on account balances. Some of our competitors charge costly storage fees which can quickly add up and substantially reduce your account balance over time.

SERVICE FEE
To help offset the costs associated with maintaining e-Bullion®, we charge a modest monthly service fee (instead of costly storage fees). This monthly charge is equivalent to 1/3rd of a gram of Gold at current exchange rates. This equates to approximately USD$5.00 per month/ per account, which is more efficient and less costly to users of e-Bullion®.

LIQUIDATION FEE
Account holders will be charged a fee for liquidating e-Bullion® and e-Currency®. Generally, the fee is 2% for liquidating e-Currency®, and 3% for liquidating e-Bullion® (gold and silver) through e-Bullion's primary funding processor, Goldfinger Coin & Bullion, Inc.
